The customer account screen will display a list of all customers that have been configured in the OSM Pro system.
Through the Customer Editor you will be able to setup automatic job rates, using the Rate Editor, and misc. Your failure to comply with your obligations under this Agreement may expose your company to liability to Oildex as your employer or principal.Customer accounts in OSM Pro in combination with job types will drive how the system handles your business processes. You will ensure that the information you send through the Site, to the best of your knowledge and belief, does not contain viruses and does not violate any third party's intellectual property rights. Title to and copyright of your information processed by the Services or posted on the Site remains with the buyer company. Take any action which imposes a disproportionately large load on the Site or the Services. Use the Site for any communication purpose other than the Services, including but not limited to spamming, advertising, bulk e-mails, solicitations, and the like or Send illegal, immoral or offensive material through the Site Remove any proprietary notices, labels, or marks from the Site Modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code, hack into, create derivative works based on, or copy (except for the backup copy) any pages from the Site Provide a traceable e-mail address from an ISP or active Internet domain, business address and phone number. Notify Oildex immediately if you suspect an unauthorized party knows your username and password, has gained access to your device or is using the Site or Services Keep your unique username and password provided through your Company as confidential Unauthorized use of or access to the Site or Services or failure to comply with the restrictions below will result in suspension or termination of your access to the Site and may make available to Oildex other legal remedies against the Company.Īs a single user, access the pages of the Site and use the Services provided on the Site on only one computer at any one time The Site and Services are protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties. Title and copyrights to the Site and Services and any copy made by you remain with Oildex. Oildex may modify the Site, monitor your data or restrict your access to the Site or Services at any time in its discretion. Oildex has granted your Buyer or Supplier Company a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for you to view and download copies of pages contained on the Site and access the Site for the sole purpose of collaborative processing of field tickets and invoices through the Site ("Services").
